Refund policy
At HairNest, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned in the original packaging whenever possible.
- Include all accessories, manuals, and components.
- Show no signs of intentional damage or misuse.
Products that do not meet these conditions may not qualify for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Used hair brushes or combs
- Personalized or customized products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged through misuse or improper care
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your package arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and provide a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

5. Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow:
- 2–5 business days for inspection
- 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund
6. Shipping Costs
We proudly offer Free Worldwide Shipping on all orders.
If the return is due to:
- Product defect
- Shipping damage
- Incorrect item shipped
HairNest will cover the return shipping costs whenever applicable.
For returns due to personal preference (such as ordering the wrong item or changing your mind), customers may be responsible for return shipping costs where permitted by law.
7. Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. Please contact our support team for assistance.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have entered processing.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled but may be returned according to this policy.
